At Food valley, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. In case of Quality complaint, Return the product via courier at given address within 3 days. New product will be given in replace of complained product.
To process your return, please contact customer service at 0304-1924924 along with order number and request a Return Authorization (RA#). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must have a valid RA# on the package, and shipped with an insured carrier and insured for the full retail value. For the authorization of return send us minimum 70% of the remaining product.
You must include a copy of your invoice with the return, marking on the invoice precisely what you are returning along with your RA#.
You are responsible for the product until we receive it back. Please keep all tracking information until you have received an acknowledgement.
